Where we deliver We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges
- Orders under £100: £5.99
- Orders of £100 or more: free
Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Refund policy
14-day returns You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to return To start a return, email support@organicraft.uk with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Return postage Return postage is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return cost – please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. For full order returns, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process the refund.
Exchanges The quickest way to get a different item or colour is to return the original and place a new order.
Non-returnable items Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
